The Zeiss Ikon SW Super Wide 35mm Rangefinder Manual Focus Camera combines a classical design with easy-to-use operation. This SW version was primarily designed for the superwide photographer, and the camera comes without the complex built-in rangefinder. It is therefore considerably more affordable than the standard rangefinder camera. An accessory shoe directly above the lens takes the corresponding superwide viewfinder. A second shoe is built in to take a flash, a bubble level or other accessory.
Features and controls are designed to make practical photography comfortable and free from unpleasant surprises caused by the camera. Manual or auto TTL exposure metering as well as an AE-lock function gives you complete control of the exposure situation.
Because it features an M-mount you can use existing Leica or Voigtlander M-mount type lenses, or upgrade to Carl Zeiss lenses, over time.
